I live right on the edge of the woodlands near 2978 and the woodlands side of 2978 didn't get any flooding but I know the magnolia side of 2978 got quite a bit of flooding up towards research so I would steer clear of that area. I'm in Jacob's Reserve, and most of the higher elevation neighborhoods here didn't flood. My street floods but across the street doesn’t.
